If factors permit, the diesel generator can be cleaned with high-pressure water flow and then cleaned again with compressed air, using the same method as above. After cleaning is completed, reassemble the removed components to complete the cleaning operation.

3. Insufficient opening of the thermostat will reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the diesel generator cooling mechanism in the large cycle. If the diesel generator is at high temperature, the thermostat can be placed in water for heating inspection, and the opening distance of the thermostat is usually 8-10mm. Therefore, when inspecting the upper and lower chambers of the radiator, the temperature difference between the upper and lower chambers of the diesel generator is usually between 6-12 degree . If it is too small, the water pump can be replaced.
